Can I return a product and receive a refund?

Refund eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, but only in the following cases:

  • The product key has NOT been viewed (not revealed/downloaded)
  • The product key is faulty (invalid or already used)


How to request a refund

  • If your key has not been displayed, follow the refund request guide
  • If your key is faulty, contact Customer Support with details


Important notice

If the product key has already been revealed or viewed, it is not eligible for a refund.

Due to the nature of digital products, once a key is exposed, it cannot be revoked, deactivated, or resold.
